Generator Amsterdam Hostel

I always return for the city break. Staff helped me find a lost jewel once and it stuck. Amenities suit me perfectly - Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, air conditioning, and bar area. It's my go-to with 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and no smoking policy.

The hostel's central location made it easy for us to visit popular attractions like the Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum. The on-site activities and events kept the kids entertained, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

In my wife's opinion, a few more family-friendly dining options nearby would be a great addition.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there.

We loved staying at this hotel near a beautiful park, allowing us to easily take lovely walks. Cleanliness was also amazing, as we noticed nothing but tidy rooms and nicely setup facilities. The staff was notably helpful and friendly, making our stay much more enjoyable.

As a light sleeper, I loved the quietness of the rooms and the curtains on the dorm beds that provided privacy and blocked out light. This hotel is situated in a lovely park in a very nice area of the city. It's great for enjoying a drink on a summer's day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms and individual lockers under the bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, which is included, offers a variety of great food.

This multi-level lecture hall turned auditorium with a mezzanine chill-out space and a bar made from the original lecture desk is just perfect for music lovers and socializing with fellow travelers. Winner of an award, it's a bright venue for dining and social events.
